TCTX Thrive 3.0 is a FREE small-business support program funded by Travis County and led by PeopleFund, designed to help small businesses in Travis County recover, grow, and succeed after the pandemic.
Through this program, eligible businesses receive hands-on business coaching, capital readiness support, and access to flexible funding opportunities — all at no cost to participants.
PeopleFund is proud to serve as a key partner for TCTX Thrive 3.0. For the delivery of education and coaching services, PeopleFund partners with Roads Consulting Group, a trusted local business support provider.
Program Benefits
Through TCTX Thrive 3.0, eligible small businesses may receive:

Up to 20 hours of FREE one-on-one personalized business coaching, delivered by experienced local experts to strengthen operations, marketing, financial systems, and more.

Expert capital readiness support to help you prepare for loans, understand your options, and improve long-term financial stability.

Access to flexible, low-interest PeopleFund loans, which may be used for payroll, equipment, expansion, or other business needs.

Opportunities to participate in PeopleFund Small Business Accelerator programs, including pathways to advanced accelerators (eligibility requirements apply).

Who Is Eligible?
This program is open to for-profit businesses that meet the following criteria:

Operating before March 1, 2019

Located in Travis County (outside Austin city limits)

Fewer than 100 full-time employees

Under $1 million in annual revenue

In good standing with tax and legal obligations
