PeopleFund Accounting Interns Welcome: Evan Chen, Rui Wang, and Yiyi Mo

Evan joined the PeopleFund team as an Accounting and Finance Intern. In his role, Evan assists the CFO  with monthly accounting reconciliations, audit preparation and management preparations. Evan will be graduating in 2017 from The University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelors in Accounting. Prior to joining PeopleFund, he interned at Core Business Advisors in the summer of 2015, and worked at Fish City Grill during the breaks. For future goals, he plans to get a corporate job in either accounting or finance. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing basketball, cooking and music.

Yiyi Moyiyi mo
Yiyi (picture right) joined the PeopleFund team as a Finance Intern. In her role, she assists the finance team with generating audit lead sheet templates, arranging files in the storage room, studying accounting standards about lease accounting, and writing funding correspondence with clients. Yiyi graduated from The University of Texas in Austin from the professional accounting program. Outside of the office, she enjoys cross stitching, beading, and reading history non-fiction.

In his role as Finance and Accounting Intern at PeopleFund, Rui feels a sense of accomplishment when helping people grow their business by helping the PeopleFund team provide them with capital and business education. Rui will be graduating in the fall with a Bachelors of Business in Finance, Quantitative track at the University of Texas in Austin. Prior to joining PeopleFund, he interned with Essence Securities, an investment bank in China, as a summer analyst. He is interested in traveling to the UK, France, Germany, Japan, and Singapore. Traveling helps him experience different cultures, and, while it can be difficult to navigate, he enjoys the culture shocks.
