Elevation Celebration

 

You’re invited to Join PeopleFund for a celebration of our client success in Dallas and Fort Worth! 2015 was a big year for us, from our new partnerships with Goldman Sachs and the Elizabeth Street Capital initiative to the successful launch of new Dallas and Fort Worth programs. We are excited to join our educational program graduates, loan clients, advisory committee, partners, and friends for a wonderful evening.

In 2015, we expanded our PeopleTalk Speaker Series to Fort Worth for the first time. Mayor Betsy Price joined us and discussed how her business career helps keep her in touch with the needs of Forth Worth, and how it’s made her a successful city official. In August, we hosted Gail Warrior of Warrior Construction as our PeopleTalk Dallas speaker, where she talked about the challenges of being a woman in a male-dominated industry, as well as
starting her own health and wellness line. We also launched our PeopleSpring program in Fort Worth along with help from our partners at the Fort Worth Business Assistance Center and Frost Bank. In early September, we sponsored and attended the Dallas Metropolitan SBDC Deal Day where we met with lenders, entrepreneurs, and community members in Dallas who share our passion for small business and access to capital. Dallas and Fort Worth are growing fast, and we are having a great time scaling up to meet the growing demand for our services.
