Ever wondered if vendors at festivals make any money? Attend this session and learn how to run a successful stall at festivals like the GAACC’s Night Market.

We will be answering questions like:  What types of permits and licenses you need to sell food? What items have the high profit margins? What insurance do you need to protect yourself?

Our speaker is GAACC’s Diana Nguyen. Diana has run food carts outside Hana World Market, owned a commercial kitchen, participated as a food vendor with PFest and Tet festivals, and trained to run concessions at Formula 1. She will share how to access affordable commercial kitchen space, picking the right items to sell, and how to maximize turnover and profits.

This event is especially useful for food vendors but the concepts apply to goods as well. Seesion is offered in partnership with the North Lamar International District and is free but please RSVP to reserve your spot. Registration closes on Sunday, January 13.
