About the Speaker
Emily Watson is an Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of the Fredericksburg Road Banking Center of Jefferson Bank. She oversees Small Business and Personal Banking, with a focus on increasing her customer base by developing new relationships with consumers and businesses throughout the San Antonio area. She joined Jefferson Bank in 2015, as an Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of the Blanco Road Banking Center. Prior to joining Jefferson Bank, Mrs. Watson served as an Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager for First Community Bank and Assistant Vice President- Branch Retail Executive at BBVA Compass. She began her career in banking with Nations Bank in 1994.
Active in the community, Mrs. Watson volunteers to conduct financial literacy seminars for Junior Achievement and also volunteers with Raul Jimenez Thanksgiving Dinner, San Antonio Food Bank and her local church Holy Name. She is a member of the West San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and has held her Series 6, 63, and life insurance licenses.
