LW Pharmacy Technician School is a woman-owned, Houston-based technical school that provides life-changing, affordable training for individuals seeking careers in the pharmacy field. Founded by Lindsey Bradford, the school equips students, especially from underserved communities, with the knowledge, hands-on experience, and national certification preparation needed to secure employment in retail, hospital, and closed-door pharmacy settings. LW Pharmacy Technician School’s impact extends far beyond the classroom. Through partnerships with CVS Pharmacy, local high schools, and workforce agencies, the school has trained over 7,000 students globally and helped hundreds transition into stable healthcare careers.
As the business continues to grow, Lindsey needed working capital for software, marketing, and payroll. She connected with PeopleFund and graduated from our BIPOC Small Business Accelerator, receiving the funding she needed plus personalized coaching and technical assistance.
