Tammy Loving founded Gnivol Events in 2015 with a clear mission: to transform events into lifelong memories. As a full-service event planning and design firm, Gnivol Events specializes in creating elevated, stress-free experiences for weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events. Services include expert coordination, custom event design, vendor management, and execution tailored to each client’s unique vision and values.
Tammy’s journey is marked by strength and perseverance. An 11-year Navy Veteran, she honed her leadership and organizational skills in high-pressure environments—skills that now translate into the care Tammy brings to every event. But her journey didn’t stop there. After overcoming cancer, Tammy emerged with a renewed sense of purpose and a deeper commitment to joy and community. She launched the “Why I Wear P.I.N.K,” a platform dedicated to cancer awareness and healing through storytelling and wellness events. Through P.I.N.K., Tammy uplifts and empowers others through faith, resilience, and shared experience. Fueled by her passion to create memorable and joyous occasions, Tammy shares her vision is to “scale Gnivol Events while expanding P.I.N.K. into a nationwide movement, offering both celebration and support—because life is worth celebrating, especially after surviving the storm.”
When Tammy needed funding to support business growth, credit, and operations, she came to PeopleFund for assistance, where she was enrolled in our Military-Connected Small Business Accelerator cohort. After graduating from the program, Tammy was able to receive a loan, a grant, and the technical assistance needed to thrive. She continues to build spaces filled with joy and connection, as funding will be used to increase business visibility, attract new clints, and expand service offerings. The loan will also help retain one job and create an additional job in the upcoming year.
