Are you ready to bring your business to scale?

Scale Up is a cohort program designed to assist budding businesses in making strategic decisions about expansion and growth.

This program targets entrepreneurs who have been in business for at least a year and a half and who are looking to take some time to re-invest in their business planning process. Scale Up will dive deep into business and expansion planning, financial analysis, and marketing and positioning to help you take your business to the next level. Through this program, you will go through four unique workshops over the period of four months completing homework assignments along the way. You will also be paired with a mentor through the program for general guidance and assistance with completing assignments.

October 16: Class Two: Financial Statements and Analysis

November 13: Class Three: Marketing and Positioning

December 11: Class Four: Next Steps | Pitch your expansion plan and create an action plan
