The Education and Training team is happy to assist your client in preparing for a loan. Please fill out this request form on your client’s behalf if you are looking for a quicker turn-around for a client that you anticipate is going to be loan ready in the short term. If you have a client looking for general business advising, to be paired with a mentor, or who has a request unrelated to the loan application, please direct your client to fill out our intake form instead.
The Education and Training team can:
- Help a client prepare a business plan
- Help a client prepare financial projections
- Assist a client with building or re-working their break-down use of funds and total project cost
- Assist a client in preparing or formatting loan documentation
The Education and Training team will not:
- Write a business plan on a client’s behalf
- Build a client’s financials for them
- Tell a client what they SHOULD do; advisors can make recommendations that the client chooses to take or not
- Make miracles happen (we’re good, but we’re only so good)
To set expectations with your client, please ensure you share the following:
- You (the Loan Officer or lending team member) will be submitting a Lending Advising Request on the client’s behalf
- The client can expect to hear back within 2 business days (unless the request is marked as high priority) from the business advisor working the request via EMAIL at which time scheduling information will be shared
- Appointment scheduling is based off of business advisor availability and the priority turn-around time of the request that you (the Loan Officer or lending team member) selects; same day appointments are rarely available (unless the request is marked as high priority)
- All clients who receive business advising from PeopleFund or a PeopleFund employed contractor are consenting the the Client Rights and Responsibilities Agreement for this program
