When you start a business, understanding which entity type best fits the needs of your business can be confusing. In this course you will learn the structure of different business entity types, including Corporation, LLC, Partnership, and Sole Proprietor, and how to file for each entity. You will also be guided on how to setup a Tax ID number with the IRS. Filing your entity type and Tax ID number are the starting points to making your business a legal entity.
