The Little Art Bus (TLAB) is the first small business to benefit from our Fort Worth Microloan Relief Program with the City of Fort Worth.
TLAB, owned and operated by Niki Little in Fort Worth, Texas, aims to bring a creative experience right to your front door. TLAB provides a fun and creative environment that can be at your house, workplace, a park, or anywhere without the hassle of making and cleaning up a mess. TLAB travels all over the DFW Metroplex creating art experiences for children and adults of all ages.
The business has been in operations since 2017 and offers a wide variety of services including painting parties for all occasions, creative academy experiences for schools, creative escapes for business team building, and sells a range of craft kits and coloring pages to keep the party going.
Reservations and the utilization of TLAB came to a halt as a result of the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Niki has pivoted revenue models to offer virtual painting classes and focus on the sale and distribution of art kits to remain open and operating during this time. Funds from the Fort Worth Microloan Disaster Relief Program have assisted Niki with working capital to help maintain payroll and resume the sale of products and classes.
