PeopleVET San Marcos Kicks Off

PeopleFund started the 2nd PeopleVET veteran education curriculum of 2014 in San Marcos last evening.

Gary PeopleVET 1Held at the Central Texas Medical Center, PeopleVET welcomed 24 area veterans to the innovative lending and learning curriculum. This is the first time a PeopleFund curriculum was held in San Marcos, serving veterans across the greater Austin-San Antonio region.

The course features Cynthia Nevels, senior partner at Integrality, who introduced the Live Plan curriculumpeoplevet san marcos 2 to the 24 veteran business owners enrolled in the program. The curriculum will include a variety of relevant business and finance topics, including: business planning, budget and projections, and perfecting company pitches.

The veteran participants own either a new or existing business. All military branches were represented at the introductory course. Additional PeopleVET curriculums are offered by PeopleFund in Killeen/Temple and Houston. To learn more about PeopleVET, contact our education and training team.
