PeopleFund places a high priority on strong fiscal stewardship. We are careful managers of the funds entrusted to us and require quarterly reporting from our clients and from each of our programs.

To ensure the highest standards for our organization, we have participated in independent evaluations of our programs and finances. The most recent review was conducted by the Opportunity Finance Network under their Community Development Financial Institution Assessment and Rating System (CARS™). A thorough examination was conducted measuring our social impact and financial strength. PeopleFund was one of the first seven CDFIs in the country to be rated. We were pleased to receive a AA 2+ rating which reflects excellent marks for community impact and financial soundness.
