We believe that it’s never too early to develop sound financial skills and a passion for entrepreneurship. This weekend, hundreds of Austin’s youngest citizens will be doing just that for Lemonade Day.
Lemonade Day started in 2007 in Houston as a fun, hands-on way to teach children the skills they need to run a business through setting up a lemonade stand. These students can even set up their own website and produce their own video to market their lemonade. Pretty cool, right?
Elementary and middle school students will be hawking their special concoction of lemonade all throughout the city this Sunday. Do your part to support these future entrepreneurs and buy a glass or two!
