Hi!My name is Chelsea Johnson and I am currently a student at Texas Tech University! I love my school and I am
proud to be a Texas Tech Red Raider. I used to be a nursing major, but I later realized that my passion IS marketing! I am very blessed to have been able to be given the opportunity to intern at People Fund! I have chosen to intern at People Fund because I love that nobody at this company dreams little dreams; they provide the “anything is possible” mindset for those whom wish to aspire their life long entrepreneurial goals.
The skills I hope to learn throughout this internship are seeing firsthand how a nonprofit organization functions, experience many aspects of the marketing industry, and most importantly, learning from those who have been through the ups and downs of the business world and seeing what advice they have to offer on how they got where they are today. People Fund is a great company and I am so excited to see what this internship journey has to offer!
A little bit about me! I am a very outgoing and goal oriented person who loves working with people. When I am not working or interning, my hobbies consist of working out, hanging out with my friends, being outside, traveling, going to watch live music, and listening to music in general! Three unique facts about me are that:
- I love pizza. I don’t just love it, I have been told by my friends that I may have an addiction, and I think they may be right.
- I like to sing, though I am very shy about it.
- I am a wanna-be artist.
